Our Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you don’t love your new yoga mat, or any accessories - return them within 100 days for a full refund - even if they are used (this does not include items on sale). We will provide a pre-paid postage label so you won't need to pay to return your items (UK orders).
For orders outside of the UK, the customer pays for the return shipping (until we are able to offer this service in the future).
- Returns for orders of 3 or more yoga mats must be unopened and in the original packaging.
- Returns for items that were on sale are only eligible for 14-day unused returns (box unopened & resale condition) & the return postage is not included.
- If you refuse delivery of your order outside of the UK, any refunds will not include the cost of return postage.
- Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
How To Make a Return?
Please contact us (or reply to your order confirmation email) to let us know you’d like to return your order. We’ll then give you a pre-paid returns label (UK) or returns address. Once we’ve received and accepted your return, we’ll send your refund to the payment method you used when placing your order within 3 working days of receipt.
If you believe your mat has been damaged or is faulty. Please contact us (or reply to your order confirmation email) and send a photo of the mat and damage as soon as possible so that we can solve the problem. Some natural imperfections in cork is to be expected.
Due to operational & handling costs; bulk buys, wholesale & orders for businesses are not refundable.
