Shipping policy
From 9 October 2026, we ship physical products within the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland. Digital products remain available worldwide.
Delivery times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day. UK delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch, using DPD or Royal Mail.

Our physical products are dispatched from the UK.
Delivery costs
Standard UK delivery is £5 for orders below £40 and free for orders of £40 or more. Your final delivery charge is shown at checkout.
Digital products
No shipping address or delivery charge is required for digital-only orders. Billing details may still be required.
International orders shipped before 9 October 2026
Please note - all orders are currently shipped from London, UK and import duties may be due on arrival at other countries.
Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) which means the buyer is responsible for import duties. We have no control of these import duty's and they are set by the destination country.
International customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping.
If you refuse delivery of your order outside of the UK, any refunds will not include the cost of return postage.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
