How to make a return?
Please contact us (or reply to your order confirmation email) to let us know you'd like to return your order. We'll then give you the returns address and a returns number. Once we've received and accepted your return, we'll send your refund within 7 days to the payment method you used when placing your order.
If you believe your mat has been damaged or is faulty. Please contact us (or reply to your order confirmation email) and send a photo of the mat and damage as soon as possible. We'll then be able to send you out a replacement mat.
Due to operational & handling costs; bulk buys, wholesale & orders for businesses are not refundable.
